NHL ready to water down Winter Classic

08:28 AM ET 04.12 | With Michigan Stadium on New Year's Day, the Winter Classic may reach its peak. Would multiple outdoor games make the Winter Classic less special? Yes. But making the Winter Classic as special as possible isn't the highest priority for the NHL. The event has started to lose its novelty on a national level, anyway, and it will have a hard time growing after drawing a record crowd of 110,000-plus to Michigan Stadium. ... But whether they're Winter Classics, Heritage Classics or something else, outdoor games will continue to be special in the local markets -- and will generate more revenue. "I don't know if you could have too many of them, I don't know if having just the one is not enough," [Mathieu Schneider] said.

Do you have something against Schneider's meat? The Sedins seem to enjoy it.

What! And kill the iguanas? That'd be a nasty thing to do!

Instead of watering it down they should put it down.

Horses have been shot for less.

Well as a certain guy who used to go by 'eh' used to say, if your wife offers a threesome for your birthday, don't go naming two of her girlfriends.
