01:02 PM ET 04.15 | Toronto Maple Leafs forward Joffrey Lupul will be available to play Monday night against the New Jersey Devils, says head coach Randy Carlyle. Lupul has been out since April 4 when he suffered a concussion after being hit by Adam Hall and Jay Rosehill. Lupul returned to practice on Friday, and last experienced concussion related symptoms on Tuesday.

Mr. Softies coming back...

I saw the Hit and all I can say - It wasn't like when R.J. Umberger got steamrolled by Brian Campbell.

And Umberger was back the next night.

I have no idea. If it were my choice, i'd give it another damn week. It's not like the team can climb the standings any higher in this small timeframe (unless BOS and MTL completely give up on the reg season, which would surprise everybody), and I really don't see them giving up enough points to let the lower teams catch up. It's pointless.

agree completely...what's the point?
let him rest

Seems people are treating concussions the right way around here...they want the players to take their sweet frikin time..which is the right approach....hope Lupul doesnt get re-injured when he gets back...would like to see him flourish in the play-off's.

me too.

TheBone thinks otherwise. If he had it his way, Pronger and Savard would be having bare knuckle boxing matches in Eric Lindros' basement.

I find myself in total agreement with you on this one DL. Concussions are nothing to take lightly. There are no prizes to the guy who misses the least time. I hope all these guys get back, and soon. But not too soon.
