11:08 PM ET 04.17 | Following Rasheed Wallace's sudden retirement from the NBA on Wednesday, the Knicks have already found someone to replace him. Center Earl Barron is the latest to join New York. He will be playoff eligible after being waived by the Wizards back in December. Barron played in just 11 games for the Wizards this season, averaging 2.5 points. This will be his second stint with the Knicks after appearing in seven games for them back in 2009-10. That was the best season of his career, and with New York, he averaged 11.7 points per game. Barron is a sixth-year pro out of Memphis.
