08:23 AM ET 04.20 | Chicago Cubs starter Jeff Samardzija didn't see Milwaukee outfielder Ryan Braun do the "discount double check" as he entered the dugout after hitting a three-run home run in the first inning of Friday's 5-4 loss to the Brewers. The move was popularized in a TV commercial by Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, a close friend of Braun's who was in a luxury box at Friday's game. Was Samardzija at all bothered by the display? "I didn't see it," he said. "That's the way the game is apparently these days. Everybody celebrates a single, and a double and so on. Braun has got a lot of home runs and everything. So..."

The teams that are winning the game always seem to have a lot more fun than those that lose and the Cubs do lose a lot.

If Aaron Rodgers was in Ryan Braun's suite for the game, then where was Braun's steroids supplier seated?

I'm sure the Cubs will HAVE to retaliate now that the media brought up the unwritten rules.

Maybe Samardzija can return the favor after sticking one in this juicer's ear the next time they play.

The lack of critical thinking skills on this forum is heartbreaking. Braun wasn't punished due to a procedural error. He still pissed dirty. The test wasn't tainted, it just wasn't turned in on time.
