06:58 PM ET 04.20 | Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah will play tonight in Game 1 of a playoff series against the Brooklyn Nets, according to Aggrey Sam of CSN Chicago. Dealing with a foot ailment, Noah has been limited in recent weeks and wasn't expected to be ready in time for Saturday's game. However, he felt good during pregame warmups and will give it a go come game time. Noah has played in just three games since March 23 and has been limited even when he did suit up. In the final two games of the regular season, Noah played just 28 minutes and netted six points, six rebounds and one assist with zero blocks. In 66 regular season games, the Bulls center averaged 11.9 points, 11.1 rebounds and four assists in just under 37 minutes.

Do Or Do Not, Bro.

QUOTE(#2):

Both these teams are in a similar position. They are really gearing up for next year, hoping to have a better upcoming year than this year. At the same time, they may make some waves in the Playoffs this year, right now, simply because they have solid teams playing in a weak field (except for the Heat). The Eastern Conference playoff field is weak because of various injuries and other reasons.

I doubt that SA is merely gearing up for next year. Timmy's fountain of youth elixir may have an expiration date and we might be getting nearer and nearer to it.
