10:38 AM ET 04.21 | This will be the sixth year the NHL will play a Winter Classic game. If Dallas Stars color analyst Daryl Reaugh is correct, Cowboys Stadium will be joining the list of host venues before the league gets to No. 10. Reaugh recently said, according to The Dallas Morning News, that he thinks Jerry Jones' $1.2 billion football coliseum will soon play host to what has become a popular hockey event. "Mark my words today, there will be a game at Cowboys Stadium," Reaugh said. "There will be a game there. I would say in the next three years there will be a game at Cowboys Stadium."

There you go Otis.

Stars outdoors. Dress warm.

Who didn't see this coming?

The Buttgoblin and JJ are made for each other.

April 21, 2013  10:54 AM ET

Might as well, not much in the way of football goes on there thanks to JJ. Perhaps he can find a way to screw up hockey worse than the Buttgoblin!!

Where WON'T they put these games? Rhetorical question....(we could tell them where TO put them)

Like I said the other day...

If they can have one of these in Dodger Stadium then there is no way Jerry doesn't have one in the Death Star. He may be a crappy football GM but he's no fool when it comes to making a buck.

I'll say this Roamer... if it happens I will go. Ticket prices will be cheaper than going to a Cowboys game.

I'm a frugal fan.

Kinda tough to find a bigger TV to watch it on than the one at stadium as well...

If the Stars suck when this game takes place their fair weather fans will be able to get 4 free tix with a min. $25 fill-up at their local Conoco stations. If the Stars are competitive, 2 free tix.

It's Valero down here... ConocoPhillips is a rumor.

I wonder if someone will try to hit the big tv like the punters do.

Can't score on the normal size net on the ice? Try for the big TV. The net is much bigger. ;-)

Just what we need, 6 outdoor games in places like Dallas and LA! Next thing you know they'll put a hockey team in Atlanta!

A bit provincial of you...

But I'm on the side that one is enough and it should be played up there and not down here.
