01:08 PM ET 04.22 | Detroit Lions wide receiver Nate Burleson is well ahead of schedule on his rehab from a broken leg. Burleson broke his leg back in October against the Chicago Bears and missed the rest of the 2012 season. Burleson said that he's ahead of schedule on his rehab, and should be good to go for the beginning of the regular season. "The great news is I'm healed up," Burleson said. "I just got news from my doctors that the bone is good. I'm running and jumping three months ahead of schedule." If Burleson can remain healthy for a full season, it adds another dimension to the Detroit passing game and doesn't allow defenses to focus so completely on Calvin Johnson.
