02:07 PM ET 04.23 | Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Kimmo Timonen will miss the remainder of the 2013 season due to a compression fracture in his right foot, the team announced Tuesday afternoon. General manager Paul Holmgren stated the injury would require four-to-five weeks of recovery. This injury is the latest in a long list of injured Flyers blue liners. In total, the team's defense corps has missed a total of 115 man games. Timonen played in 45 games this season and recorded 29 points (five goals and 24 assists). In addition, the 38-year-old averaged 21:45 of ice-time per game, which included 3:48 on the power play and 2:55 on the penalty kill.
