01:52 PM ET 04.24 | Former Alabama Crimson Tide cornerback Dee Milliner is still considered the top cornerback available in the 2013 NFL Draft by most teams in the league, despite reports surfacing regarding Milliner's health, according to Draft Insider. Milliner most recently underwent surgery on his ailing shoulder, which will sideline him through NFL OTAs, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Before reports surfaced regarding Milliner's surgeries, he was considered the top cornerback in the draft, leading many draftniks and fans wondering how the injury news would affect his draft stock. Milliner's stock, however, appears to be unaffected, as 22 teams still rate the former Alabama standout as the top cornerback in the class.
