04:42 PM ET 04.24 | Jordan Hill will be available to play for the Los Angeles Lakers in their Game 2 matchup against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday. The backup power forward has missed the last three months rehabbing from hip surgery on a torn labrum, and he wasn't expected to return this season. But with the Lakers making a strong push to finish with the seventh seed in the playoffs, there was a chance he'd find his way back in the postseason. Though he wasn't expected to be available in the first round, the 25-year-old has made significant progress in practices. He'll provide what little he can in limited minutes behind Pau Gasol and Dwight Howard.

Another muscle down low will be good for LA. But just imagine if they had a young and talented PG.
