12:16 PM ET 04.25 | There have been a lot of rumors about which direction the Jacksonville Jaguars could go with the second pick in the NFL draft on Thursday, and as of now nobody knows for sure what they will do. One of the most popular rumors has been their interest in West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith as their quarterback of future, since Blaine Gabbert has not yet been able to fill that role. Quarterback is certainly a strong possibility for the Jaguars. But is Smith the one that they are actually targeting? While USC quarterback Matt Barkley has apparently been slipping down draft boards since college football season, maybe his NFL prospects aren't as bad as many had been led to believe. Jason La Canfora reports that the Jaguars are high on Barkley, which suggests that he could be the first quarterback off of the board on Thursday.

I'd put my Money on that...

Just looked up the list of USC QB's to play in the NFL.

Mark Sanchez, Carson Palmer, Matt Leinart, Sean Salisbury, Rodney Peete, Pat Haden, Matt Cassel, Bill Nelsen, Pete Beathard, Vince Evans, Paul McDonald, Todd Marinovich, Rob Johnson AND John David Booty.

Some might be before my time - but Palmer is the only one that I know has done 'anything' in the league.

Trust me, you didn't miss anyone special by being born too late. The list is a Who Ain't Who of quarterbacking.
