01:44 PM ET 04.25 | Dee Milliner is still widely regarded as the top cornerback in the 2013 NFL Draft class -- despite recently undergoing shoulder surgery. The former Alabama Crimson Tide cornerback isn't worried about his shoulder, and insists that he will be "perfectly fine for training camp," according to The Star-Ledger. Milliner said that he'll start "rehabbing hard" after the draft. In SB Nation's latest mock draft, Milliner is projected to be taken No. 6 overall by the Cleveland Browns. It's unlikely that Milliner will fall out of the top half of the draft, and it seems probable that Milliner will end up as a top-10 pick on Thursday night. At 6-foot, Milliner has the necessary size to be an impact cornerback in the NFL. He also possesses excellent closing speed and has a high football acumen. ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. ranked Milliner as the No. 4 prospect in the 2013 NFL Draft, while SB Nation's Dan Kadar slotted Milliner as the No. 6 prospect in this year's draft class.

Does Nolan Nawrocki just not like black quarterbacks. Does Mad Mel Kiper have the nicest helmet hair north of Jimmy Johnson. Does anyone in any organization really give the journalists their real opinion. Will anyone who plays in the middle of the field (QB,RB,G,C,ILB,S) besides DT's go in the top 10. Stay tuned to the NFL Draft

When tackles, does he use his Shoulder? If so and he's not healed, he's not on my top 10 Board!

I have him 2nd on my cornerback board behind DJ Hayden

Recent shoulder surgery?I don't think so.

Time to heal completely from labrum surgery can be up to six months for an average person. Given that Milliner is an elite athlete it should be a little less than that....HOWEVER, average people aren't trying to tackle 250 lb running backs.

He could heal up just fine and then start hitting people and re-injure it. I sure wouldn't bet my number one pick on it.

And who gets the Brady Quinn treatment being shown as they watch someone else get their name called and slowly the green room empties out . That is when I knew Brady would not be the answer instead of being mad he got all pouty. Not the kind of guy I'd want leading my team

Someone will get a good project if they can be patient with him... IMHO.
