05:15 PM ET 04.28 | Los Angeles Lakers big man Pau Gasol will play in Game 4 against the San Antonio Spurs despite reportedly tearing a ligament in his right middle finger in Game 3. Gasol will wear a splint on the finger, which will likely slow him down along with a pair of sore knees and an ongoing plantar fascia problem in his right foot. While Gasol will be on the court for the Lakers' elimination game, Steve Nash, Steve Blake, Jodie Meeks and Metta World Peace will not.

At least Gasol put on his big boy pants. What was Dwight Howard's excuse? He started his vacation early by being ejected.
