06:36 PM ET 05.01 | If LSU has to play in front of the Cheeseheads, they'll make Wisconsin play in the heat of Texas: rumors of a neutral site game between the Tigers and Badgers at Lambeau Field have been joined by rumors saying the Green Bay game is just part of a "home-and-home" with a follow-up game at Reliant Stadium in Houston.

LSU athletic director Joe Alleva says talks are preliminary, but that the games are a possibility. Why they wouldn't just play at Camp Randall and Tiger Stadium is anybody's guess, but LSU has shown a preference for games at neutral sites: they opened 2010 at the Georgia Dome, 2011 at Cowboys Stadium, and will play their 2013 opener at Cowboys Stadium against TCU.

"Play in the heat of Texas"

Umm, Reliant is a retractable domed stadium, dumazszes. If it's hot, they just clamp the roof shut and turn down the thermostat. smh

Home-and-home, the visiting team gets the standard allotment of tickets - a paltry few. At a neutral site, the tickets available to each participating team should be roughly equal. Though, one would expect more cheeseheads at Lambeau and more Les Tigres in Houston.
