Blatche: 'No doubt ... we are the better team'

06:56 AM ET 05.02 | Fans in Chicago might suggest a look at the scoreboard, even if belief in oneself is important. Talk is cheap. The Nets have always walked along that thin line. So why stop in the playoffs? "There's no doubt in our mind we are the better team," Andray Blatche said Wednesday, a day before Game 6 against the Bulls. "We're just in a hole." When the Nets step on the United Center court Thursday, they'll be one loss from elimination, one heartbreak away from a disappointing inaugural campaign in the outer borough. But trailing the Bulls hasn't sapped Brooklyn's public confidence, which has been swollen from the time players declared their championship aspirations in training camp.

Blatche: 'No doubt ... we are the better team'...

"And we better start winning or I'll look the fool"

QUOTE(#1):

He's right and the Nets will win in 7.

Incorrect. My team will close it out tonight.

Shut up and put up. "Better Teams" let their play speak.

Stupidity Suits You, Bro.

There was a team at the beginning of the season that also believed they were the best team ever assembled. If you're the better team than you should have won every game. Your team is abou to get eliminated tonight.

I would think a guy who says Nets in 5 and then is forced to change to Nets in 6, would have saved himself the embarrassment of having to again switch his prediction to Nets in 7.

You gotta prove it Andray. Maybe you can get your buddy Deron to show up for a road game.

OKC was dumb to use the hack an Asik last night w/ 6 minutes to go. If only they would have played defense than they would have caught up. They were only down by 8 at that point...

Yeah, certainly Asik shot well enough to blow-up the strategy. But I wonder to how much of it was to give OKC a breather. For all of Westbrook's good/bad decisions, they definitely miss his energy.

You got to give credit to the Rockets also. They have a balance attack and they weren't afraid of OKC. They could have won games 2 and 3 also even w/ RW...

I'll be watching tonight's game. I'm glad it won't be played in the media. At the end of the day, the Nets are down...and in trouble.
