06:55 AM ET 05.02 | Cross Oakland off the list of potential new NFL hometowns for free-agent quarterback Vince Young. NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported Wednesday on "NFL Total Access" that the Raiders no longer have interest in Young after using their fourth-round pick on Tyler Wilson during the 2013 NFL Draft last weekend. It's a disappointing development for Young, who had a strong workout with the Raiders in April. ... Rapoport was told Young is not interested in kick-starting his career with a CFL team. The Montreal Alouettes hold Young's CFL rights. General manager Jim Popp said Young would be a backup with the Alouettes, playing behind 40-year-old quarterback Anthony Calvillo. (The indignity never ends.)

Then they would be Tongue.

He needs to be a TE/WR/RB or someting. He will not be a QB. Tebow, either.

He's a decent size to be a Tight End. But, really, he could be a running back. He's a little tall but he has the moves. He'd even do pretty well at WR if he could catch the ball, which I don't know anything about.

"VY is too good to be a back up QB"..Andy Reid upon releasing him.

Not sure the US courts can garnish wages in Canada. This might actually be an out worth exploiting.

Assuming, of course, that he could make the team.

Nice one NFL.com , the indignity never ends ??? Look up Calvillo's stats , the guy is 3x the QB that Vince is.

3 weeks into the NFL season someone will need him.
