09:26 AM ET 05.02 | The Chicago Bears became the first team to sign a draft pick from the 2013 NFL Draft class when they agreed to terms with fifth-round selection Jordan Mills. Not only did the Bears sign one player, but they agreed to terms with another player as well in sixth-round pick Cornelius Washington. Chicago is often one of the first teams to begin signing their rookie class and this year is no different.
