07:17 AM ET 05.03 | If it were up to him, perhaps Ryan Suter, who averaged an NHL-high 27:16 minutes of icetime and played 41:08 in Game 1, would try to play a whole game. Forward Zach Parise called Suter's 41 minutes on Tuesday "unreal." Blackhawks defenseman Brent Seabrook proclaimed it "crazy." Goaltender Josh Harding, who benefited from Suter's support in a surprise start, said "it seemed like he was out there the whole game." ... "You don't think about it," Suter said of his minutes, which topped the NHL for the first time in his eight-year career. "You just go out and play. I enjoy playing a lot of minutes; I feel like the more you play, the more you're into the game."

They would be crazy minutes if he was a forward...some d-men could probably play an entire game.

Still, the energy level is stepped up during the playoffs. It's definitely more draining mentally and physically than a regular season game.

The Rangers D left the gate open on that long pass to set up the second goal by Johansson.

Hot Lundy had a bad game, and the D did more watching than playing. Not sure that is gonna happen in Game 2. Come away from the ledge Rangers' fans. "Every little thing is gonna be alright."
