09:05 AM ET 05.04 | There is no doubt that in the coming days, LeBron James will be named the NBA's Most Valuable Player for the fourth time in the past five seasons. Based on James' dominance and the Heat's remarkable regular season, will he become the NBA's first unanimous selection for the award? "I don't know who else you would vote for," Chris Bosh said Friday. "No offense to anyone else. That's just how good he has played." James pulled in 85 of the 121 first-place media votes last season. This season, an extra vote was added for fans online.

no one cares brohe's the best player-but he isn't the most 'valuable' regular season player- cause his team is stacked at the topif he wasn't on the heat- they'd still be a top 3 team

Good point!!! IMO Melo should be the MVP of the NBA this year.

And in other news, the NY Knicks advanced to the second round....

Yeah, he has had a great season and deserves the MVP. Does it really matter if it's unanimous?

Yes on paper he got it but no one really respects anything Miami. Nike has formed a great partnership with them and the league office in a bid to create someone sort of super athlete to market.

I don't even respect their championship either.

1. The refs helped them tremendously against Indiana, Boston and OKC.
2. It was a locked out season.

Melo is the street MVP. The real MVP... F Lebron, NBA, spin doctors and media perpertuators... keep fooling the masses. Lebron is a shameful fraud!

Well.....my Bulls are done. Deng is out for game 7, Hinrich is doubtful, Noah still has his foot issues, and Rose is still rubbing Jergens lotion on his knee.

No shame in that, Brown.Like the Celtics team, the Bulls were not supposed to win.At least they put up a fight. Unlike my brain-dead Clippers who lost 4 in a row.

Yea but surrendering a 3-1 lead is pretty much choking as well. Guess we'll meet you guys at a neutral fishing site.
