04:35 PM ET 05.04 | After tearing his right hip flexor during Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals, most figured Warriors forward David Lee's season was over. Lee made a surprise appearance in Game 6 as the Warriors went on to eliminate the Nuggets, although he only played 69 seconds before returning to the bench. As Golden State prepares to face the Spurs in the semifinals, coach Mark Jackson indicated Lee could play a meaningful role against San Antonio. It remains unclear just how effective Lee would be, but his presence in the paint could provide a boost for the Warriors, who will be substantial underdogs in the series.

It's funny guys from Shumpert, Lee, Amare, Dirk, JJ, Noah, Nash on and on, all plagued with injuries are trying their hardest to be back on the court and help their team. They all have the same info as D'Bag Rose does - The Heat are going to win again. BUT see these are pro athletes. It's their calling to be on the court, it's their job, a desire, courage to take up challenges.
Whimps belong on the massage table, while real men battle on the court.

All they need Lee for is to play the high post, shoot the jumper and play part of the offense. Offense is so lost without him.

I think Rose has to comeback for the Miami series. Too many injuries. Crowd would go nuts.

Lee has been a rock for the Dubs all year. He was just starting to develop chemistry with Bogut in the lane. I hope he makes it back so the rest of the nation can see what Warrior fans have been watching all year.
