05:52 PM ET 05.04 | The Chicago Bulls will not have forward Luol Deng on the floor as they aim to stave off elimination from the Brooklyn Nets in Game 7. Deng was ruled out for the game by the coaching staff on Saturday afternoon after spending time in a local hospital with an illness that has bothered him throughout the series. Deng has a history with various injuries, including a wrist ailment that has bothered him for the better part of two seasons. While his presence on the floor will be missed, his production will not be; he was shooting just 1-of-18 from behind the arc in the series. Look for Jimmy Butler to get the start in Deng's place tonight.
