06:56 AM ET 05.07 | Perhaps quarterbacks will have a better run at the 2014 NFL draft. With the 2013 draft class now in preparations for their first campaign as professional football players, we turn our attention to what 2014 has to offer. 1. David Fales, San Jose State -- Fales was a junior college transfer and has all the tools you are looking for in a quarterback. He had a great junior season and could see himself get more national attention this year. 2. Aaron Murray, Georgia -- Murray has started since his freshman year and has been a very productive quarterback in the SEC ... 3. Logan Thomas, Virginia Tech. ... 4. A.J. McCarron, Alabama. ... 5. Derek Carr, Fresno State.

Watch them all slip to the second round and make the choice so much harder for the Jets.

Derek Carr has already had as much success at the pro level as his brother.

Logan Thomas has to show a lot more game than he has to deserve to be in this discussion.

What a DUMB story. These guys haven't played a game this season. They could stink, they could get seriously hurt, they could get imaginary girlfriends!

Please, no.

THere was a lot of talk about Fales and Carr prior to the 2012 Collegiate season.

David Fales had better hope they spell his name right when they put it on the back of his uniform.

Precurser to his chances of success in the NFL....

He has a type of last name that the family should consider changing. No benefit to keeping it. No "it builds character", nothing. Just go to the courthouse and change it. Foles, Foxx, (that would be cool), Franklin, Smith, Johnson, so many possibilities. Why continue with a last name that is foolish? Wasn't Ralph Lauren known as Ralph Lipshitz as a child? Why keep a last name that worked in one language, but in English simply means something very different?

Teddy Bridgewater from Louisville, showed he is as good or better than all of these guys with his performance against Florida in the Sugar Bowl

Fales. A name like that in a Browns uniform? Could there possibly be a better fit?
