02:48 PM ET 05.07 | Nebraska quarterback Tommie Frazier, who went 34-3 and won two national championships with the Huskers, was finally elected to the College Football Hall of Fame. The class also includes Ohio State offensive lineman Orlando Pace, Miami quarterback Vinny Testaverde, Florida quarterback Danny Wuerffel, and Wisconsin running back Ron Dayne, among others. With Frazier finally in the Hall, the biggest snub remaining is probably the late Derrick Thomas, who once had 27 sacks in one season with Alabama.

Pretty good class, I'd say.

How Ironical Frazier and Wuerffle would go in on the same ballot...

Roooooooonnnnnnnnn Dayne!

They must be looking for a non-fat picture of Tommie....

They didn't mention Jerry Gray, one of the best DB's the Horns have ever had.

Well, they're not printing it on chocolate.

Recite if you will only as much of the story as is easy for you...

The main part of the Huskers-Wuerffel story that I recall is him getting pounded into the turf every time he dropped back to pass.

Dammit, SOS, you gotta keep a TE or RB in when they're blitzing every dam play! I think they blitzed us again just now!! Grrrrr.......

Not sure why, but Percy Snow just got in. First player to win the Butkus and Lombardi awards in the same season. Percy finished college ball in 1989, so it took over twenty years.

Uhh, you should probably notice that it's the COLLEGE Football Hall of Fame, not the NFL.

Reading the articles is actually fairly helpful prior to posting.

If I were unaware that a CFB HOF even existed, I would refrain from slamming one of the sport's most accomplished players.

It's a crying shame Derrick Thomas was passed over again. He's tied with Teddy Bruschi for all time sacks in college, and did it against tougher competition than Bruschi did.

Holds the record for a season in college for sacks - 27

And tied for most with aforementioned player with 52.

And Bruschi is in the college football HoF.

It's interesting to note the NFL thinks him worthy enough to be in the HoF.
