Sweeping change in Minnesota may mean Yeo's job

07:28 AM ET 05.10 | Bowing out with a 5-1 loss in a win-or-go-golf Game 5 stings in Minnesota. The Wild played hard and had chances, but scoring goals trumps everything else and the Wild failed miserably at that. "We had chances but at the end, that doesn't matter," Koivu said. "The difference is, you put the puck in the net or you don't." An offseason that could bring significant changes inside the organization begins immediately and determining coach Mike Yeo's future ranks at the top of list. Whatever ownership decides on that question, the team must identify ways to add some scoring pop to this grind-it-out lineup. Fixing that deficiency should be a primary objective this offseason.

Parise steps up his game in the playoffs like he always does. Team worse -7 and 1 point.

Signed,

Still bitter

Yeo is definitely gone. Maybe the next guy can get something out of Parise and Suter.

Suter is going to win the Norris this year. Apparently he is still great without Weber.

Can't do much about them. No one will touch either of those contracts with a ten foot pole. They're the Wild's own version of Luongo X2. Dumb ****!

Niklas Backstrom ... the new Micheline Man.

Not sure what kind of adjustments they can make considering the cap, and what they have spent, but I am not sure how much top scoring they would be able to add.

Is every team that loses a series going to go through "sweeping chances"? That title or wording isn't as fun when it's not a sweep...and it's not the Canucks being swept.

They did retrograde this year. But then again the Hawks make teams like them look bad.

Going into last night what did Parise have? 1 goal?

I guess you are using the Joe Thornton measuring stick Danny?
