10:30 AM ET 05.10 | It has been just shy of a month since Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Zack Greinke suffered a broken collarbone in the bench clearing bowl against the San Diego Padres on April 11. The good news for Dodgers fans and Greinke is that he is preparing to make his first rehab start since the injury on Friday. Greinke looked good in his bullpen session on Tuesday where he tossed 60 pitches. If all goes well during the rehab stint, it could be a matter of weeks until we see Greinke return to the Los Angeles Dodgers starting rotation.

Perhaps he learned a little lesson about weight ratios and momentum in his time off and won't lower his shoulder into a larger guy coming at him at speed. Then again, maybe he learned not to headhunt in the first place...

We'll have to make sure TRUTH knows about this. You know how he follows Grienke so closely.

Why come back so earlier? Is not like the team is sweeping the league,, let the pitcher in the DL spot for another two months,, better be completely healthy than been sorry later :-) :-)

Holy balls, that pitch was about two inches off the black and it hit Quentin because he dives into every pitch. Carlos gets hit at a rate of about 20-30 for a full season and holds the NCAA Div I record for being hit 5 times in one game. Plus, Quentin is such a moron that he broke his own wrist slamming a bat when his ChiSox team was in the thick of a pennant race and he was having the one good season in his career.
Greinke is a weird one, but Quentin is an idiot who blames others for the natural consequence of his batting style. Of course, if he didn't cheat by having his upper body in the strike zone, he'd probably be in AA.
