03:43 PM ET 05.11 | The Vancouver Canucks are once again coming off of a first-round exit in the Stanley Cup Playoffs and veteran goalie Roberto Luongo looks like he is ready to move on. Luongo led the team to the Stanley Cup finals back in 2011, but they have been working toward replacing him between the pipes with Cory Schneider and that isn't going to fly. Luongo is currently in a 12-year, $64 million contract, but he and the team are expected to part ways because he wants to have a starting job.

Orpik of all people scores in OT to win the series. Yeah, feeling pretty good right now.

Looked like the Isles ran out of gas with about 10 minutes to play in the third. I'm not sure what happened, but all of sudden the Pens had all kinds of room to work with.

Unlikely hero....

I guess if it was some guy named Crosby playing for the Isles hauled down on the game tying goal when Malkin picked up the puck in his own end, there probably would have been a penalty called...

Discuss amongst yourselves!

It wasn't in the script.

Like Roy Orbison says "It's Over''. Isles put up a good fight against a top team.

Let's hope we can say that about the Wings tonight

Hey, I thought this thread was supposed to be about Luongo? Oh right, no one cares, me neither. Really wanted to see the Isles win at home to set up a big game 7 in Pittsburgh. Bummer.

Time to hang up the ol' guitar?? Say it ain't so 'Berto - hey, you could all way steam up with Hadfield (no, not Vic) sort of as the new Smothers-us brothers. Mom always liked you - bets. Happy Mothers' Day !! - to one and all, that knows one when they sees one.

Wat, the Fins couldn't use Selanne and Koivu? Hamhuis with Canardia - tell me the twins and Edler won't be playing for Sverge.

There were a lot of non calls for both sides and yes even on Sid. Don't go there.

What's he worrying about? He's still got like 9 years left of contract to get paid for.

But the poor Islander was hooked, slashed, butt-ended, speared and slewfooted all at the same time just like Sid was on that OT call earlier in the series!!!

I'm pretty sure that poor Isle had his junk grabbed by a Penguin as well. It was practically a hate crime.
