10:36 AM ET 05.12 | O.J. Simpson will be back in court Monday for what might be his final shot at freedom. The former Heisman Trophy winner from USC will try to convince a Nevada judge that his representation was so bad in the 2008 Las Vegas trial that sent him to jail that the conviction for armed robbery and kidnapping should be reversed and that a new trial take place. Simpson, 65, is expected to testify sometime this week. The public might be surprised at his appearance after four years in prison. "He's slow, " said close friend Jim Barnett, who has visited the former football star several times. "Last time I saw him, he had gotten quite heavy."

He ain't getting out. The judge and the general public still have it out for him because they think he got away with murder, which is why he is probably locked up now, and not because of the memorabilia thing. Not that I'm defending him, but I think it was personal, and they needed an excuse to incarcerate him.

No, he's in prison because he threatened someone with a gun, illegally detained them and attempted theft (he no longer owned the items which he claimed were his). Try doing some research before demonstrating complete ignorance.

This! Just because he once owned it doesn't mean squat.

They don't think he got away with murder. He did. There's no reasonable basis for believing otherwise. However, he's in jail on a completely unrelated issue.

But he won't be able to find the real killers if he's locked up.
