11:37 AM ET 05.12 | f the budding trees and muggy air didn?'t tell you it was playoff time, then a conversation with Bruins defenseman Wade Redden yesterday certainly would have brought about postseason awareness. Asked if it was an upper-body or lower-body injury that kept him out of the lineup for Friday night's Game 5 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs that left the B's with a 3-2 lead in the Eastern Conference quarterfinal series, Redden just smiled. "One of those," Redden said. "We're going to keep 'er under wraps and I'm sure you guys are appreciative of all that goes on there." Redden officially remains day-to-day, but a positive sign that he could be back in the lineup for tonight's Game 6 in Toronto was his participation in yesterday's optional practice.

Since the third period of Game 4, BOS does not look like the same team. It is there for TOR if they want it bad enough. But if they pull their "we just have to step on the ice" act, BOS will end it tonight.

A great series, and I still maintain the winner goes to the Cup finals.

Before that I want to see a Pens/Bruins matchup.

Any chance the Loofas will send someone after a B-ruins rear-guard, or three? COrr is proably too smart to go after Seidenberg or Zed, though. Beans should dress 8 of them - if they could.

The big question is: Will Danny survive?

Will be a great game to watch.......I like both teams, but I want the Leafs to win it.......and move on to next round.......at least if they don't, losing it in the 7th is more honourable than losing it in the 4th .
