11:43 AM ET 05.12 | Tyler Bray left the University of Tennessee with one season of collegiate eligibility remaining thinking he might be one of the first quarterbacks picked in the NFL Draft last month. He wasn???t drafted at all, dropping all the way through to rookie free agency. That made for a rather uncomfortable three-day experience. ???It???s not your choice,?????? said Bray, who eventually signed with the Chiefs and is participating in this weekend???s rookie camp. ???You???re not the one sitting around in the draft room picking, so you just wait around. If you don???t get drafted, you pick up the phone and try to find a team and I found a team here in Kansas City.???

If he cannot make that squad competing against that group, then he should definitely go back to college, get a degree and hit the streets.

He could try Buffalo, if the snow has melted yet.

Or Arizona.

Pampered and spoiled like a Siamese cat
Blaming the kids is a lie and a shame
You know exactly who's to blame

The mother and the father."

I hope this experience has humbled him, and that he can get plenty of guidance in K.C. With Alex Smith and (who else do they have??), he should be able to make team as a No. 3 or at least on the practice squad. If not, he will likely not get another shot.

The article hints that he had a lot of off the field issues, but didn't elaborate. If that's what kept him from being drafted, then I hope he learned his lesson. The dynamic duo Chase Daniels and Ricky Stanzi shouldn't be the hardest QB's to unseat for backing up Alex Smith.
