01:31 PM ET 05.12 | Mario Chalmers, watch out. Miami's starting point guard has good reason to be looking over his shoulder, because Heat backup Norris Cole is coming in hot. Cole has found comfort on both ends of the court for coach Erik Spoelstra, studying film to lock down springy Chicago Bulls guard Nate Robinson while doing his own damage on the offensive end. Cole is a perfect 8-for-8 from beyond the three-point line in Miami's three playoff games against the Bulls. "Right now, I'm feeling pretty comfortable out there on the court," Cole said. "That comes from the film session with the coaches. That comes from the habits being built up throughout this season, and we still have a long way to go, but I'm pleased with my progress so far."

When you have Wade and James on your team, it does help out the other players. Just look at B.J. Armstrong, Jason Caffey, and a bunch of other player who looked good playing with Jordan and Pippin. Then once they left the team. They didn't look as good as the thought they were.

So Mario Chalmers and Norris Cole (who ever he is). You both should stay with the Heat as long as James and Wade are on the team. Go to another team and play, and your short comings will be shown.

Neither of them would crack the starting rotation on any other team.

The Lakers could have used either of them as starters.

Norris Cole was DoY in some league (I think the powerful Horizon League) and I think it was primarily for his defense that he caught Riles eye. Went to perennial coach-gets-caught-coming-out-of-inner-city-crackhouse Cleveland State U..
