08:45 PM ET 05.14 | Chip Kelly has a new toy to play with in his offense this season. After searching for key skill position players to fill out the roster, the Philadelphia Eagles have reached a one-year agreement with former Dallas Cowboys running back Felix Jones. While his Cowboys career is over, Jones' NFL career continues in the NFC East with Chip Kelly's Eagles squad. The curtains are still up when it comes to what Kelly's offense will look like, but one thing we all assume is that he'll need speedy skill players to make it work. Jones fits the bill in the regard and his gig with the Eagles will give him a chance to make the Cowboys pay twice a year for letting him go. The deal is just for one season, which gives Jones even more motivation to perform at a high level in 2013 as a nice contract could be waiting for him at the end of the season if he excels with his new team.

I don't think the Cowboys are too worried about facing Felix.

Exactly...

What? Now that Chip Kelly's got him as his 3rd RB, he's gonna become unstoppable?

Yes. Also, a decent guy who you can sub if you plan on running wild with the super high tempo stuff just to keep other guys fresh.

His best games were always AGAINST the Iggles.

I think everybody already has that playbook.

You're assuming the Cowboys have a "static" playbook. They seem to change it every season.

Not against this move. No threat to Shady and "if" he can stay healthy could be a valuable asset to the Iggles. That said....I feel my boys are gonna have a few dog years with his coach. Hope I'm wrong but I'm NOT happy having a QB back that turns the ball over 30 plus times a year. Can Felix play QB? (haha)

Everybody's best game is usually against the Eagles.

I really don't think the Eagles need any more injury prone players
