Self's Tuesday morning text to Wiggins

07:17 AM ET 05.15 | Bill Self had a very good Tuesday, and it started early. [As] the hour of judgment approached, [Self] tapped out a text message to Andrew Wiggins. This wasn't the first time Self had tried to reach out since the nation's No. 1 prospect took his recruitment underground. Wiggins had been largely incommunicado, so there wasn't much point in delivering a final, passionate plea. Instead, Self kept it simple. "Hey, man, I hope you have a great day today," he remembered writing. Self's phone buzzed, and the response came back: "Thank you." Maybe that was an omen for what was coming when Wiggins, a 6-foot-7 wing billed as the best high school player since LeBron, committed to Kansas a short time later.

What they don't say is the text also had the account and routing number for a bank account in Grand Cayman...

OK, OK, y'all know I was just kidding! Self probably doesn't have a copy of "The SEC Cheaters Handbook and International Banking Guide".
