05:34 PM ET 05.16 | It appears that Randy Moss' Hall of Fame playing career is over, although the wide receiver is not so sure of that yet. CBSSports.com's Mike Freeman writes that Moss still hasn't decided if he wants to play next season. Freeman reported a few months back there was interest in Moss, although we haven't heard a peep about him since. Moss certainly appeared willing to return to the San Francisco 49ers, but they moved on without him. While he was a positive influence by all accounts with the 49ers, he racked up only 434 yards despite seeing a lot of single coverage last season. The deep speed just wasn't there. We'd be surprised if Moss wound up in a training camp this year.

Bye, Randy.

What the hell do you mean Moss is unsure if he'll play? If teams were flashing any green he'd come back in a heartbeat. The title should read, "No teams willing to sign Moss, so more than likely he's done" This story is giving HIM all the power. The teams are the ones with the power.

He should drop dead.

I'm unsure he played last year.

TO, Ochocinco, now Moss. May they all get back in their clown car and drive off a cliff.

Time's up Randy--bye bye!

It's news to most people that he even played the last couple of years.

Too bad I loved Moss. A real solid guy who never had any issues during his playing days which ended in 2006.

Sports-intensive this evening. Rangers/Tigers on one TV and Rangers/Bruins on another.

Darkish versus Verlander has been a good matchup so far.

Four earned runs for Darvish is almost as shocking as eight earned runs for Verlander.

he's got little motivation, why bother

Well it is a free country and you can all say what you want but I love Randy Moss and now that Hernandez is done I wish he could go back to the Patriots for a one year deal and finish his career there. As far as San Francisco goes they only used him as a decoy and that was a joke. Not his fault at all. He was open and jumping up and down so many times it was ridiculous but they chose to throw to someone who was in double coverage. Randy Moss is and always will be my favorite player and I absolutely adore him and wish him the very best.
