04:08 PM ET 05.20 | The Boston Celtics continue to keep their eye on free agent center Greg Oden, but recent indications are that the former top pick won't be ready to play again any time soon. GM Danny Ainge said the team couldn't even watch him work out last time they met, though he still plans to check in this summer on Oden's status going into next season. Battling a number of injuries, Oden hasn't played since the 2009-10 season, when he started 21 games for the Portland Trail Blazers. Folks won't give up on the talented 7-footer just yet, not after he was considered a possible once-in-a-generation big man as the No. 1 overall pick in 2007. Over 82 games in the NBA, Oden averaged 9.4 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 22.1 minutes per contest.
