07:22 PM ET 05.20 | Teams are beginning to sign their top draft picks and the Buffalo Bills are joining that party. According to James Walker of ESPN, the Bills have agreed to a four-year contract with second-round draft pick Robert Woods. Woods, formerly of USC, is poised to be the No. 2 receiver alongside Stevie Johnson. Woods struggled a bit to stay relevant in his final year with the Trojans as Marqise Lee surpassed him in popularity on the team and with fans. But despite this, Woods' talent is undeniable and the Bills recognized that when they picked him. Buffalo is entering a new era for their team and the offense has a brand new look starting with rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel. But Woods is looking to be a big part of the change and the success Buffalo hopes to have, and he'll have at least four years to make his mark and earn his keep with the Bills.

Woods is gonna be a really solid receiver, in my opinion. I definitely think the Bills will find a spot for him in the offense right off the bat.
