Cowboys' Josh Brent could have bail revoked

07:49 AM ET 05.24 | Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Josh Brent could find himself back behind bars after Dallas County prosecutors take their case to have Brent's bail revoked to a judge on Friday. According to a report, Brent is accused of "violating the terms of his release on bond by consuming alcohol and tampering with a device that detects the presence of alcohol in his body." A hearing is scheduled to take place in front of State District Judge Robert Burns in Dallas. Brent is currently is out on $100,000 bail, but that could all change soon

Can not beleave that Jerry Jones or the Cowboy office have not cut/released this guy, he ain't gonna be playing any football anytime soon unless its in prison, or the Boys must be desprite.

I'm sure they're going through their decision tree very carefully. They've probably reached the decision whether to "cut him" or "have Vinnie the Blade cut him." The process isn't as easy as you might think.

He's facing serious jail time. I wouldn't begrudge him a social drink or two. On the other hand, if he was trying to drive after drinking, then maybe it's better to protect the public even if it means locking him up.
