Did the Twins lose the Worley-Revere trade?

05:04 AM ET 05.26 | As much as Ben Revere hasn't gotten off to the start in Philadelphia that we had all hoped for, it appears thus far that Revere has worked out for the Phillies much more than Vance Worley has for the Twins. Worley was optioned to Triple-A by the Twins yesterday, after having posted a 1-5 record for the Twins thus far, with a 7.21 ERA, while opponents were hitting at a .381 clip against him. The door is still open for the Twins to win the trade. Regardless of what happens in Minnesota, if Ben Revere, who is still only 25, can become a consistent .290 or .300 hitter, then I feel like the Phillies got what they needed out of the deal. They have enough young pitching as Tyler Cloyd and Jon Pettibone have shown, but they needed a speedy, top-of-the-lineup guy, and Revere needs to become that guy. And recently he has given indications he may just do that.

Nobody on the Twins can pitch right now. Maybe it's contagious.

Nothing wrong with that.
