07:06 AM ET 05.28 | It's early yet, of course, but Ben Roethlisberger has an optimistic outlook heading into 2013. [After] rib and shoulder injuries wrecked Roethlisberger's 2012 season -- and took the Steelers down with them -- he's feeling fresh again. "The biggest factor is that there have been no setbacks," Roethlisberger, told USA TODAY Sports. "I don't feel it when I throw." ... In any event, it's Year 2 in the scheme -- and he and [Todd Haley] have been tweaking. "We've thrown out all the stuff that we didn't like, that didn't work," he said. "We've kept the good stuff and even added some things. Normally, at this point in my career, OTAs are boring. But this has been good. I'm still learning this stuff."

Yeah. Certainly better than reading about draftees I've never heard of.

A healthy Big Ben is part of my prediction that the Steelers win the division.

I'm still somewhat wary as to whether Ben and Haley really can co-exist.

Anyone notice it's the NBA/NHL playoffs and baseball season but the interns seem to be posting NFL crappola like 10-1 vs the NBA/NHL/Baseball combined.

" He's feeling fresh again", doesn't he say that at the beginning or every season?

Nobody cares about those other sports.

He gets rejuvenated by chasing after underage females.

Doesn't every player over 30?

Sounds more like an audition for a deodorant or feminine hygene commercial.

A healthy OL this year would go a long way towards there being a healthy Ben. Of course, it's been several years since the Steelers had a healthy OL for even part of a regular season.

He's feeling fresh ... does that mean he'll be trying to pick up college girls earlier this year?
