04:03 PM ET 05.29 | Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is currently recovering from multiple surgeries to repair a broken forearm, but reports recently surfaced that he may also need surgery on his back to correct a disc issue. Albert Breer reports on Wednesday that sources say that Gronkowski will indeed need the surgery and that it is tentatively scheduled for mid-June. Gronkowski previously missed his senior season at Arizona after surgery to repair a disc in his back, but this current procedure is currently going to overlap with the recovery time of his fourth arm surgery that was expected to keep him out for a minimum of two months. Gronkowski could still return before the end of training camp, though no certain timetable has been set.

Looks like we won't see Gronk at the start of the season. Might be able to grab him late in deeper FF leagues.

He'll be back to normal by week 4, 5 at the latest.

The Tin Man had fewer issues than this guy, and that was before Dorothy oiled him back up.

In hind sight? should have kept Welker.

Saying that? a lot of players have injuries during the ota's, how bad they are?

The team won't say much.
