08:47 AM ET 06.01 | On Friday, there was an ESPN Magazine report that members inside of Tim Tebow's camp believed that his NFL career was over, but it didn't take long for them to come forward and refute the report. An unnamed source from the Tebow camp told Mike Garafolo of USA Today that there was no truth in the report that there was any belief he would not return to the league. Tebow is currently staying off of the radar and hoping to let the media circus settle, so his camp is doing the speaking for him and they are making sure you know they aren't counting out a Tebow return.

If he wants to stay in the NFL he may have to consider positions other than QB.

He has a camp?

June 1, 2013  10:24 PM ET

He is, He isn't, He is, He isn't. At least Tebow can feel good in knowing that his agents are doing their job by keeping him in the news.

At this point, all he has is his media circus.

It's not the media circus it's his inability to throw a football, hence all the undrafted free agent QB's that were signed instead of Tebow.

that's about it.

Not even Brady, a three time SB champion gets the media attention Tebow gets. Seems to me that SB's are meaningless to the media. The circus rules!!!!

To be fair, Brady hasn't won a SB since his team was sanctioned for cheating.

Don't get me wrong. Despite losing 2 AFC games to the Pats, I'm not going to swim against the current and say that it affected games. But it is a telling statistic.

Until he gets 4th, he's going to have to deal with the fact that his legacy is tainted and no one in the mass media wants to chronicle his "greatness".

I mean, ESPN has never been wrong before, right? They would never embelish to increase ratings/circulation...never!

June 2, 2013  08:40 AM ET

How does a reporter know who is in his camp? Do they have badges? Uniforms? Does it pay much? I was thinking of having my camp get in tough with his camp and maybe doing dinner sometime.

June 2, 2013  08:58 AM ET

Why is everything a circus with Tebow? No wonder teams wont touch him.

June 2, 2013  09:04 AM ET

I dispute anything and everything my camp has said on here. Ever.

June 2, 2013  09:13 AM ET

I don't think I want a posse, let alone a whole camp.

June 2, 2013  09:21 AM ET

I think Tebow should consider Pro Wrestling. He could employ a signature winning move and call it the "Blessing" and then "Tebow" on his fallen opponent. He could have a fire and brimstone preacher type manager spewing bible quotes about smiting and smoting and tag team with an invisible partner called the Spirit. It would be great TV.

It's okay just as long as Uncle Ernie's not there.

Let me see if I understand. Fansided invented the story that "his camp" concedes he is done. Now fansided invents the story to refute the prior lie. Ok how do I sign up to join fansided.

You don't contact them, they contact you. And when your number is up.....

Ironically, that still doesn't go away even when he does.
