Rutgers lands small forward
One day after the Rutgers football team piled up the letters for next season, the basketball team made its own major splash for the future. The Scarlet Knights received a verbal commitment from Dane Miller, a 6-7 small forward from Rush Henrietta High School near Rochester, N.Y., their first addition to the recruiting class of 2009. Miller is ranked the No. 77 overall prospect in his class according to Rivals.com and the No. 15 small forward. Miller also received offers from Wisconsin, West Virginia, Cincinnati, Providence and Nebraska but said yesterday that he was drawn to Fred Hill's coaching style and how he could fit in the Rutgers program.

This is a mens signing? I thought C. Vivian Stringer landed herself a player for next season.
