07:07 AM ET 06.04 | While Orioles first baseman Chris Davis continues to tear up MLB pitching in the Baltimore lineup, its rotation may soon receive a boost, too. The Orioles received good news today on pitcher Dylan Bundy following his visit to Dr. James Andrews in Gulf Breeze, Fla. Bundy, the fourth-overall pick in the 2011 First-Year Player Draft, has been cleared to resume a throwing progression program that will start on June 10, according to Orioles executive vice president Dan Duquette. The Orioles have been targeting June 10 as the date, so Bundy is right on schedule. Bundy hasn't pitched since spring training because of stiffness near his right elbow. He received a Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injection from Andrews on April 29 and was told to rest for six weeks.
