03:02 PM ET 06.04 | Former Kansas cornerback Tyler Patmon is transferring to Oklahoma State. Patmon has one year of eligibility remaining, but can play right away since he has already graduated and will be attending OSU as a grad student. He's started the past three seasons for the Jayhawks, picking off six passes over the span. He led the team with three interceptions in 2012.

Any OKSU fans care to offer perspective on this? How do you feel about Tyler Patmon joining the cowboys? What's your take on his potential impact?

Thanks, Gweed. I know you're not an OKSU fan, but I appreciate the assessment.

When three year starters bail on you, your program is in trouble.

You could have still gone the whole day and not cared about it.

It does seem weird to talk about it.

If it was Alabama, everyone would have been frothing at the mouth saying he was processed. They would have been gnashing their theeth and screaming and moaning, and cursing the day they were born, the player was born, and the day Coach Saban was born. They would have been screeching obscenities at the screen, "Cats living with dogs! Mass Hysteria!!"

How would you know I didn't care if I didn't comment on the fact that I didn't care??

J H C....come on guys...he is leaving 1 - 11 Kansas to Okie Lite.

What is so difficult to understand here? Filling a void? BS...more like wanting to end his career with a winning program.....

I applaud the fact that he is continuing his education as a grad student.

Big diff, he got his degree. My gripe has always been, if you offer a scholly, let the player/student get his education. Don't process him out of the place he chose as over others to go to school.

That being said, yeah, Weiss is an **** for releasing him. From a different article I read, Patmon wanted to stay and wasn't given a reason. Glad he's going to a better team, but not happy he's making osu better.
