07:00 AM ET 06.05 | Atlanta may have found its way onto shaky ground, courtesy its ticket-sales staff member who mentioned Dwight Howard and Chris Paul in a recent letter to prospective ticket buyers. As each currently is under contract, with the Lakers and Clippers respectively, a team is not allowed to speak about them publicly. The letter, obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, was sent via email by a member of the ticket-sales department. It was on team letterhead and headlined "Hot New Player news: Chris Paul and Dwight Howard." ... Hawks president Bob Williams issued a statement on the issue Tuesday evening. "The letter that has been referred to was written by one of our season-ticket reps of his own volition."

Hey, it's worth the penalty, IF it happens.

The penalty may be something that effects their signing them.

But that would be false advertisement. They're pretty confident that they got both superstars already.

It would be a big shocker if they landed either. They will be stuck overpaying someone else.

How 'bout Amare will have 2 more knee surgeries this season and 'Melo will tweak his shoulders and ankles 3-4 times, and JR is re-signed for 4 years, and the Knicks bring back Isiah Thomas as the HC?? LMAO

I believe I heard although atl is Dwight's hometown or state whatever he doesn't wish to play there and cp3 doesn't want to play on the east coast that's where all the best guards are
