01:33 PM ET 06.06 | Boston Bruins forward Gregory Campbell sustained a broken leg during Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Final on Wednesday night and is done for the remainder of the postseason. General manager Peter Chiarelli confirmed that Campbell had sustained a broken right fibula. The injury occurred during a Boston penalty kill near the midway mark of the second period when Campbell laid out to block a shot attempt from Pittsburgh Penguins forward Evgeni Malkin. Head coach Claude Julien has not revealed who will replace Campbell in the lineup.

A broken fibula tends to do that

Broken fibula...wow, I can't believe the guy kept trying to play until the whistle. Talk about guts.

There aren't many options for Therrien. I think the only other centres they can bring up are Camper and Soderberg. Campers played some games, and Soderberg hardly any.
Camper's a small guy, and defensively not a great idea for the 4th line. Soderberg is a big guy, but I don't know much about him.

I think Therrian will do something else...like move Seguin or (centre before the NHL) to the 4th line and bring up Caron, which may work out not too bad. Or move Seguin to centre the 3rd line and put Peverly on the 4th line.

I don't think there are any other options.

For one game though...he may just juggle lines around, double shifting 3 centres and hope the Bruins win.

Back then they didn't pay much, so they had to direct traffic after the game. Didn't take long.
