Patterson wasn't sure he'd get Pachall back

07:17 AM ET 06.07 | Casey Pachall is back, and he comes with an entourage -- though perhaps not the kind you might think. "He still has two or three sponsors through AA [Alcoholics Anonymous] that he meets with every week," TCU coach Gary Patterson said of his fallen quarterback. "He's got a lot of people trying to help him." ... The redshirt senior hasn't spoken publicly since being suspended indefinitely following an October drunk driving arrest. That came after the quarterback said he had once failed a drug test and told police he had used marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy. Casey Pachall is back, but did Patterson expect to have him back? "I didn't know," the coach said. "I put it in his hands. The biggest thing was to give him hope and understanding."

That's Texas Christian University. You sin. You pray. You do not lose the promise of eternal salvation.

You made it first on all of them, DC will cry now, his Wife won't know why he is upset all day long and it will be your fault, does that make you feel bad?

Bawling as we speak.

As for making Tinnie feel bad, meh.

Only sensitivity shown on here is when someone's favorite team or coach gets ragged on. Then they get their itty bitty feelin's hurt.

And Tinnie's casts a spell on any that rags the creamsicle kuhne dog aggies. Such spell usually involves itching, burning or other pain in the crotch and/or just behind.

Funny how that picture of Patterson always seems to show him in an attitude of supplication.

I blame Pachall's HS coaches on this one. You could see it coming when he was young.

I am totally traumatized by your coldhearted comment. I didn't know I was so thin-skinned. ;)

a friend told me last week her child was just diagnosed with "Oppositional Defiance Disorder"
therefore she wasn't responsible for her lack of parenting

I just asked if that is what they are calling a brat these days

Might as well make 1 more for the BBall team...

Uhhh, no.

It was bad enough when we got over 2 rats, and had to switch from a man-to-man to a zone defense.
