04:31 PM ET 06.09 | Shane Battier has one year remaining on his deal with the Miami Heat but is already thinking about retirement once his $3.2 million contract expires after the 2013-2014 season. Battier won his first NBA championship in 2012, his first year with the Heat. When talking about his future, Battier said "...at that point I'll be 36 and it may be time to do something else." Battier has averaged 9 points and 4.4 rebounds per game through his career, and has been a key for Miami's small-ball lineups since his arrival.
