07:07 AM ET 06.11 | Doc Rivers may be pondering his Celtics future, but Rajon Rondo made his feelings clear on the head coach in a sponsor video. [Rondo] said he'd rather not play for somebody else when he returns to the court after tearing his ACL in January. ... [Asked if he thought he was difficult to coach early in his career,] Rondo quickly replied, "I still am." Then he clarified. "It's not that I'm hard to coach, it's just that, you know, I may challenge what you say," Rondo said. "I know the game myself, I'm out there playing the game, so I may have saw something different from what you saw on the sideline. So I'm going to be respectful. I'm going to let the coach talk. Like I said, me and Doc talk all the time, it's just a different dialogue."

Doc would be a tough act to follow because of this story alone. The new head coach will have to convince Rondo that he is better than Doc.

I take extra strength Rolaids to put out the fire. I know you prefer Tums.

RONDO can be a knuckle head..

I love Rondo if Doc leaves Rondo will have to have a stronger minded coach around him because he would run over most NBA coaches.

Rondo is a dope. Him and KG deserve each other.

Rondo is a very good player no doubt- but you cannot build a franchise around a PG with an attitude problem that cannot shoot and watches his assist numbers more than the score

I think it's healthy competetion... every point guard is supposed to have that kinda relationship with their coach. Alas Rondo is not a coach killer like Chris Paul.

So when you are playing the game, you can SEE EVERYTHING??? Doc, sitting on the sideline watching like a coach should, can NOT see everything. Doc, get out of town and let Boston keep this guy. Rondo is full of TOO much Rondo.
