09:36 AM ET 06.11 | The Los Angeles Angels were happy to sign relief pitcher Sean Burnett, but he has had trouble staying healthy this year and as a result, he's only seen action in a total of 13 games. Burnett has missed 35 games this season, but what is most troubling is that he made a visit to renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews on Monday -- again. Angels manager Mike Scioscia says that the meetings a precautionary, but when you meet with someone like Dr. Andrews twice in five weeks there is a definite reason for concern. During the first visit, Burnett had two bone spurs removed from his elbow that underwent Tommy John's surgery in 2004.

ANGELS troubles,,,runs from top to bottom,,,,,,big names had been useless in the halos uniforms and in the team's lineup,,,,,,

June 11, 2013  12:04 PM ET

for the punchless halos,,it not matter if they sign top names or trade for a big sluggers players..starters/or relievers/it seems as if nothing works,,should we blame the media?should we blame the owner?should we blame the GM? should we blame the fans? or should we just throw the whole blame to the monkeys in the jungle??????

June 11, 2013  12:05 PM ET

there has to be a simple solution,,,,,but it can't and had not been found to the halos satisfaction,,,,,

June 11, 2013  12:09 PM ET

every reliever that angels had signed,,is either sick or has a cronic injury from ten years ago/
hanson is a starter but he its full of injuries,,,,/blanton is a starter but can't even win 10 games straight,,,,/madson WHO should had been the halos closer, has not been able to shake off his past injuries from the phillies,,team../garrett richards has not been any better than the rest of the bullpen../

June 11, 2013  12:13 PM ET

hamilton/pujhols/trout/trumbo/the big names and big bats,,had always find a way to either strikeout right away or hit into a double play twin killer,,,pujols is in first place grounded into a twin killer by 95%next is trumbo/and hamilton/AYBAR and kendrick are the other two weak slink,,,hamilton and pujols should hit in the 8 AND 9 SPOT,,who knows that it may help the team get more runs and more contribution from those two players.,..,,.,..,,.

June 11, 2013  12:17 PM ET

other angels options?????about cleaning the coaches spots???about bringin in a tough hitting coach in barry bonds,,,,chipper jones?even eddie murray??there has to be a better luck in getting better hiting coaches just to name some of them,,,,,

June 11, 2013  12:19 PM ET

pitching coach has been a problem ever since last year/the hitting coach didn't got any better after they fired the old hitting coach last year/the GM needs to get serious about playing the game,,,and why bringing in a unexperienced hitting coach from the minors??i mean he only knew how to been a hitting coach at the minors and that's all!

June 11, 2013  12:21 PM ET

we all know/and we all are aware about the halos unability in scoring runs,,,if the team scores three runs, that wouldn't be enough.../if the team really wants to win tough games,,,the halos would have to be more productive in their lineup,, plain and simple,..,.,.,.,,..
