04:12 PM ET 06.13 | Coming off a two-year, $20 million contract, Indiana Pacers forward David West will be a free agent this summer. Pacers president Donny Walsh and general manager Kevin Pritchard said re-signing West will be the first priority of the offseason and although he's 33 years old, Indiana realizes his value lies in his leadership qualities, especially for this team. West has grown into the old man of the Pacers since his arrival, helping younger players like Roy Hibbert and Paul George to their rise. West might not figure to make another $10 million per year, but his recent comments make it believable he won't be seeking an other-worldly type of deal. ???I???m not (expletive) dumb,??? West told The Indianapolis Star. ???I don???t plan on going anywhere. This is my team. These are my guys.???
